Fourth Grade

Mrs. DiLella

Since graduating in 1975 from Loyola College with a certificate to teach grades K-8, Mrs. DiLella has worked in several Catholic elementary schools as well as tutoring math before becoming a BCPS teacher. She taught at Cockeysville Middle School for 11 years before coming to Hampton Elementary in 2004. Over the years she acquired her Masters Equivalence in Elementary Education. Her free time activities include playing with her grandson, reading, watching movies from the 1930s and 40s, traveling, and decorating.

Ms. Patek

Ms. Patek began her teaching career in February 2016 at Hampton.  She graduated from Towson University in December 2015 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education.  She is currently a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University pursuing her Masters of Science degree in Education.  In addition to teaching at Hampton, Ms. Patek is also a dance teacher and has been dancing for twenty years.  In her free time, Ms. Patek enjoys reading, baking, playing Sudoku, watching movies, going to Baltimore Blast games, and spending time with her twin sister, Rachel, and her family and friends.


Mr. Wade

Mr. Wade has thirty-two years of experience in education! He is a graduate of UMBC with a Bachelors of Arts degree in history and he holds a Master’s degree in Education from Towson University.  His career began in Anne Arundel County at Woodside Elementary school. After six years, he transferred to BCPS as a third grade teacher at Hampton. Since then he taught fifth grade, technology, and fourth grade.  In his free time, Mr. Wade enjoys building model aircraft, going to movies with his wife, kayaking, hiking with his dogs Moxie, Louie and Murphy, and attending air shows.
