Mrs. Corbo (Physical Education)
Mrs. Corbo is in her 28th year teaching Physical Education. She is a graduate of Western Maryland College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Physical Education along with a degree in Health from Loyola. Mrs. Corbo taught at Stoneleigh Elementary for 20 years then transferred to Hampton. She believes she has the best job in the school by teaching basic skill building and sharing the joy of living a healthy lifestyle through movement. In her free time, Mrs. Corbo enjoys her time with her husband Joe along with hiking, golfing, reading, and watching her daughter play soccer and lacrosse.
Mr. Evans (Instrumental Music)
Mr. Evans is in his tenth year of education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Youngstown State University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University. He began teaching in Baltimore City at Paul Laurence Dunbar Middle School. After four years in the city, he then began teaching at Pot Spring and Hampton Elementary Schools. In his free time Mr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife and children Connor and Abigail, practicing his tuba, and completing DIY work around his house.
Mrs. Fletcher (Vocal Music)
Mrs. Fletcher is in her thirteenth year in education! She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree both in Music Education with a vocal concentration. She began her career at Golden Ring Middle School in Baltimore County. After two years of teaching general music and chorus, she transferred to Hampton in her dream job of teaching elementary vocal music. In her free time, Mrs. Fletcher enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Jonathan and Kendall. She also loves hiking, biking, traveling, and singing in her church choir.
Mrs. Lamborn (Library)
Hello. Welcome to the Hampton Library! I am Mrs. Lamborn. I have been the Library Media Specialist at Hampton for nine years. Over that period of time I have seen a lot of changes. That’s a good thing! All libraries need to change and evolve with the changing needs of the students and community it serves. The love of reading and good research skills have never been more important in the quest to make sure the students at Hampton are prepared for the challenges and opportunities of living in the 21stCentury. I want each student to be competent, to be forever curious and to thrive.
Miss Lang (S. T. E. M.)
Miss Lang is in her 25th year in education! She is a graduate of Bucknell University with a Bachelors degree in education with a focus on mathematics. She holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on gifted education from Towson University. She has certificates in elementary education, secondary mathematics, and special education. Her entire career has been in Baltimore County schools, working with grades K through 5. She began teaching at Hampton Elementary School in 2010. In her free time, Miss Lang enjoys spending time with her son Terry and dog Shadow. She also enjoys reading, puzzles, and sports.
Ms. Towner (Art)
Ms. Towner has been teaching in Baltimore County for 17 years. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Art Education. She also has a Master’s degree in Art Education from Towson University. She began her career as a middle school teacher at Sparrows Point Middle School. After 12 years at the middle school level, she took a few years off to have children. When she came back to teaching she had the pleasure of starting a new chapter in her career as an elementary school teacher. She has been teaching at Hampton Elementary since 2010. In her free time, Ms. Towner enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Jacob and Grace.
